We use orange peel that is imported from France and is not treated after harvest. The peel is candied with a process which softens the essential oils, resulting in a tender, tasty peel. Cashews are hand-roasted, making this bar a unique treat. 125g bar. Gluten, dairy, wheat and egg free and appropriate for a VEGAN diet.
