  • All orders are carefully packaged and shipped generally within three business days from our facility in The Blue Mountains, Ontario Canada.
  • All rates and pricing are stated in Canadian dollars.
  • All rates and pricing listed below are applied for web orders only. For wholesalers, don’t hesitate to get in touch with sylvieskitchen@rogers.com for more information.
  • Delivery times apply to business days only. Weekends and holidays are not included.
  • Orders shipped to rural or remote areas may require longer delivery times.
  • All shipping rates and taxes are calculated per delivery and applied at checkout.
  • We may temporarily suspend all shipping options when the weather is too warm.
  • Rates and shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
